Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are enjoying this long weekend. As you start (or maybe finish!) your holiday shopping this weekend, don't forget to try to shop small by supporting small, local stores or online businesses. Tomorrow is Small Business Saturday and is the perfect opportunity to stop into a local in-town shop or try a new online boutique. There are so many unique little businesses that are owned by creative entrepreneurs who are doing what they love. You can read how I started The Handkerchief Shop here. I will be visiting some local businesses in and around Philadelphia this weekend as well as supporting a couple of small online shops. I hope you will also make an effort to shop small on Saturday and support the American dream!
