Shipping & Returns

Shipping & ETA: Embroidered items typically leave our studio within 5-7 business days. Un-embroidered items typically leave the studio within 3-5 business days unless they are special orders, bulk order, custom designed embroidery orders  or out of stock items for which more time might be required. If more time is required, The Handkerchief Shop will contact you to make sure the lead time is acceptable.

Printed items typically leave the studio in 7-10 business days.

Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) is based on the shipping method that you select upon check out. The shipping method selected does not affect the creation time in the studio. The creation time will still be 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Please note that because of the custom nature of our products, no refunds or credits will be given due to delivery delays by USPS.

If any item becomes delayed or unavailable from the time you place your order, we will ask if you would like a substitute item or at your request, we will issue a full refund. This option will be available to you after your initial inquiry and if we determine the waiting time exceeds 3 weeks. This option will not be available if you were notified of the delay and accepted the extended time delay unless special arrangement is agreed to with thehandkerchiefshop.com. If an item is not available for delivery and thehandkerchiefshop.com has attempted to contact you for more than 3 months with no reply on your behalf, your order will be deemed fulfilled. If you contact thehandkerchiefshop.com after this time period, you will only be eligible for a giftcard to thehandkerchiefshop.com for 80% of your order total.

Returns: No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom made, embroidered or printed items. All sales are considered final. All embroidered or custom product sales are final. Orders which were pending, updated, delivered, shipped or are in transit, cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled if a product is not available and we have attempted to contact you and the order has been pending in the system without your reply for 30 calendar days or more, same applies for partial orders. Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of the purchase or within 24 hours of notification of a delay in your order.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a mistake is made by The Handkerchief Shop, we will quickly rectify the mistake the best way we can.

Customer will be charged all shipping costs on any order refused or returned to thehandkerchiefshop.com due to incorrect address.
