I can't even believe I'm saying this but it is officially the start of "the holidays" this week. I am looking forward to a Thanksgiving spent eating good food with family and friends. Like me, some of you may be starting your shopping this week as well. This is a reminder to try to shop small on Saturday, November 26th, by supporting small, local stores or online businesses. There are so many unique little shops that are owned by creative entrepreneurs who took a leap of faith and followed their dreams of owning a business. I will be visiting some local businesses in and around Philadelphia this weekend as well as supporting a couple of small online shops. I hope you will also make an effort to shop small on Saturday and support the American dream!
